Folk Art Floral Watercolour Card using Brusho Powder's

Thank you for joining me in my Craft Room today. I was totally inspired by Sandy Allnock's Card today, and decided to get out my Brusho Powder's, and do a Folk Art Style Watercolour Card. I love the Folk Art Style, as it leans towards a more Mixed Media feel. I hope that you will join me for the second part, where I will be arranging this on a Folk Art Card base in the next video, using my Heartfelt Creation Paper's. Thank you to all my Subscriber's, and I will see you on my next video. Have a Blessed weekend.

Cricut DIY Embossing on Acetate without using the Embossing Pencil

Welcome to my Craft Room this evening. Today, I was experimenting on my Cricut Machine, to see if I could come up with an acetate DIY embossing heart, for a project I am doing. Well, I got more than I bargained for today. I hope that you will enjoy this, and get inspired to try it. You don't have to have a Cricut, just emboss some acetate, and you are on your way to an amazing look. Thank you so much for Subscribing, and I will see you on the next video. P.S. I used the card stock for viewing purposes, so you could see the design on the video. I didn't want to use the Embossing Pencil, because I wanted a mild cut in the acetate for the Alcohol Inks to penetrate into. If you have any questions, please leave them in the comment section. Thank you.

Mixed Media Canvas Picture....Front and Back....Blooper....A little Craft Tour, and some Texture fun with Pete the Pigeon

Welcome to my Craft Room. Here is my Project for the "Zig's and Stencil" Challenge going on over on Stamp Nation. All you had to do is use one Stencil, and fill it in with your Zig Marker's. This is what I came up with....Pete the Pigeon was my Stencil helper. I used Penny Black Chicken Wire Stencil, my Zig Marker's, Stencil Paste, Detail Paste's, and the list goes on. I threw in a BLOOPER, and a small peek of my Craft Room for those that were asking why I don't move from my chair to get my products...hahaha I will show you why.....Then, I will continue with this Start to Finish Canvas Picture, to help those that want to do Mixed Media, but they don't know where to begin. This is a Beginner Lever Mixed Media Picture, and I hope it inspires you to give it a go...You will love every single minute of this amazing Art Journey the minute you pick up a Stencil, or Paint, or .....the list goes on. Have fun experimenting with paper, and Distress Inks. This video was made for those that have questions about the process. I am going to try and answer some of these questions, as I get started in my project....Pete the Pigeon is my Focal Point....Let's TEXTURE him to the MAX....See you shortly.

How to Mask without Fussy Cutting, PLUS How to get a Marble/Granite Background Image

Welcome to my Craft Room this evening. This simple Vintage Card took me 2 days to complete, as you will notice with the wardrobe changes...hahaha I wanted to do a vintage shaker card, and show how to achieve the look of a Marble/Granite background, looking somewhat like a countertop. Masking, to achieve a 3D image can be frustrating, because of fussy cutting to get this look, but in this video, I will show you how I achieve it using a few die cuts, and ACETATE.  Using a home made stencil, and die cutting the image I want to look 3D, and images that look close, and far away is simple using this technique.  Here is a perfect solution to no fussy cutting to get the same result in half the time. Please enjoy. I have some great things happening with my YouTube Channel, and one is the BIGGEST.....I hit 3000 beautiful Crafting Subscriber's last night, and I am excited about that.....really an emotional, blessed moment for me. I realize for some crafter's, with very high amounts of subscriber's, this may be a small thing, yet this is anything but SMALL for this country bumpkin .....It may as well be a million....That is too many 0's to place here...hahaha I want to send out a huge Thank "YOU" for subscribing to my Blog. I notice every single person that subscribes to my Blog, or YouTube Channel. I see that I gained 2 crafter's here this week...GREAT SEEING YOU....If anyone wants to see me do a particular project, just leave me a comment, and I would be happy to try it for you. Have a blessed week everyone, and I will be sharing a great GIVEAWAY, and another video shortly, going over all the crafty things that are going on with me lately. Take care until then.

P.S. I am having some problems with the edit being completed with a picture for the beginning of my video, so until I resolve this, I will keep this blank image here, and switch it up when it is properly applied to my satisfaction....huge smiles

A No Mess way to stack Die Cuts, and not lose your paper while gluing, making it "Hands Free".

Thank you for joining me today in my Craft Room. I am preparing a Birthday Card with a few wonderful technique's, so I thought it best to show this separate, this way giving me more time for the Card video....hahaha This is a simple method I have been using, and thought I would share it with you today. Thanks as always for taking the time to view, and leaving me such kind comments. See you on my Birthday Technique Card later.

Mixed Media Cards can be Successful if you follow a few principals......that is...let your imagination run creatively WILD.

Hello, and welcome to my Craft Room. I decided to do an Interactive Card yesterday, and this is what the final project turned out to be...hahaha I can never stay on track for some reason ....I head straight way into a Vintage Card before I even know it. I realize this is a long video, but I wanted to share some of the technique's with you, and kept them in the editing. It took most of the afternoon to create this, and the camera was rolling the entire time. You can only imagine how many hours of film I had to leave on the edit room floor, as they would have said at the movies...hahahaha Please enjoy the process with me, and like the video say's.....GRAB A SNACK....You'll need it......huge smiles.
