Signing a Vintage Card

Thank you for joining me in my Craft Room. I would like to Sign a Vintage Card, for all my Deaf, and Hearing Impaired friends. This is First of Three Video's I will Sign for you, each using a different Card Technique. I look forward to some feed back, to see if I was able to adequatey interprete this card for you to understand. I will be getting a family member to work the camera, so in the future I  can sign in a consistant manner, and make the card as well. God Bless You for your patience. Card 2 is downloading.

  1. Carol, I think this is a great thing to do. My suggestions are as follows...
Sign your introduction and have a finished sample of your card to show.
Have all your components lined up with a paper with the measurements for each component on it,
Sign each section then do the section so they have the visual of you putting it together.
After each section is completed then sign the explanation of how to assemble the card and then visually do it.
For me this would be hard to do because I will get into a card and in the middle decide to add or change something. I would have to do all my changing up ahead of time. As you know artistic minds don't always stick to their original idea, there are those moments of "oh wait, what if I did this instead". Good luck with this endeavor.

I will do just as you suggested, on my upcoming NEW SIGNING TUTORIALS! Thanks so much! We all think like that, ever changing our minds!..lol..
