Black Forest Cake the easy way!

Hello my friends, and welcome to a totally different video for you to enjoy. I was making my husbands' favourite Birthday Cake, and decided to share how easy a recipe it was to create. We have family here for a few weeks, and I have been super busy....teehee. Please enjoy!

From "Anne of Green Gables" to a "Queen Victorian" outfit remake.

Hello my friends, and welcome to this remake bonnet, and dress. It is a doll I bought at our Antique Shop in town. I was looking for the Porcelain dolls, so one day I could redo the clothing, and give them as gifts. This little dolly is going to our granddaughter Marion for her first Birthday. It looked like "Anne of Green Gables" in the original dress. I had an idea of changing the era to a "Queen Victoria Style" outfit. The bonnet video was erased on my camcorder, as well as the construction of the three layer dress. I accidentally erased them as my camcorder had too many video's, and the upload would have taken so long, thus the erasing. Sigh......I struggled with the thought of placing a half portion tutorial on my Channel at first. I later thought it was so sweet to see the drastic change, even if it wasn't in its full stages. I apologize for any inconvenience when viewing it. I tried my best to make the edit understandable for you. Thank you for your kindness. Please enjoy what I was able to salvage. God Bless

Thrift Store Doily Haul, Honey Bee Stamp order, and a Blue Yeti Mic Buy.

Thank you so much for joining me for this quick Thrift Store Doily Haul. I also ordered a few things from Honey Bee Stamps that arrived last week. I decided it was time to buy the Blue Yeti Mic for my voice overs. I am learning how to adjust it properly, but so pleased I found it at our Best Buy Store for less than ordering it on Amazon. Yay! haha For the last week I have been working on a Victorian Style dress, with matching bonnet for one of the Porcelain dolls I bought some time ago at an Antique Shop. I accidentally erased the bonnet portion of the video, which was a huge disappointment.  I will however show the making of the dress. I created both using only the glue gun. haha It was so much fun to make a Victorian style outfit for this doll. I will be giving this to our granddaughter Marion for her Birthday. Thank you very much for joining me today for this little Haul video. Have a Blessed week.

Happily Inspired by Jennifer McGuire

I saw this TUTORIAL by Jennifer McGuire, and this idea popped into my cranium. Why not substitute Large Alphabet Dies with "Thickers", or Tim Holtz Grundgeboard Alphabet Letters? This is another creative way to substitute the Large Alphabet Dies with other products. Both the Alphabet Die Cuts, Thickers, or Tim Holtz Grungeboard Alphabet Letters work fabulous on any Card. Thanks for following along, and please let me know what you think about this substitute for Alphabet Die Letters. Thank you! Thank you to Jennifer for the inspiration I received viewing her tutorial.

Making Envelope ART. Start to Finish Tutorial ....Gold Leaf Calligraphy, plus Gold Ink Brush Lettering

Good Morning my friends, and welcome to my Craft Room. I want to thank you for your prayers during the last two weeks of my illness, and complete bed rest for my recovery. The only time I got up was to shower for my Specialist, and Dr.'s Appointments. It has been a difficult few weeks. The Lord was my Strength for sure. This project was all I could think about for the last two days, when I was strong enough to bring it to life.....huge smiles.  Thank you for my Birthday Cards, and emails letting me know you were praying for my recovery. I was missing my Craft Room, but too ill to move from bed rest. This is the first tutorial I couldn't wait to experiment with. All I knew was I wanted to begin shopping in my Craft Room for supplies I had not yet used, and couldn't wait to experiment with. Here is an envelope ART Piece I wanted to share with you. It took me 2 days to create, and one day to edit. hahahaha I miss you my friends, and it is a BLESSING to be back. I hope you will enjoy the process. Have a Blessed Lord's Day today. Thank you for subscribing, and for your support. God Bless
Here is a tutorial I viewed last week, where I received inspiration to paint Birch Trees. I have many tutorials painting Birch Trees, as they are my favourite. This technique is one of my faves as well.

Dry Embossed "Bump it Up" Slider Card

Welcome to my Craft Room. I have missed creating any tutorials this past week. I wanted to create a slider card, along with a scenery look on the inside page. I really like dry embossing, which is also called a, " Bump it Up" technique. This card shows this wonderful technique, along with how I managed to fix a major smudged sentiment I added at the end stage of the inside portion. hahaha Please enjoy!
