Signing my Vintage Card today!
Thank you for taking the time to view my video....I have been signing for 30 years, and when I read on Stamp Connection, that a lady that was hard of hearing, wanted Stamping Up to add CAPTIONING to the video's...I wanted to do what I could to help for now...smiles...it may not be CAPTIONING YET, but, it could be CAROLLING until that happens....smiles
This will get perfected in time, but, I have to start somewhere, right?....jump right in and help where possible...this way, everyone joins in the video card making fun.....yay....let me know what you think I could improve on, to make it a great Signing Experience for our Deaf Community STAMPER'S...and the Hard of Hearing....I'm willing to try....thank you...and be gentle with the comments...lol...smiling gently....haha....

ReplyDeleteI am hard of hearing - almost deaf - next step for me are the implants. Unfortunately I don't sign and I don't know it.
This video is great for people that know sign. Would like to be able to see your whole face.
Did not hear the phone, guess that was for people that can hear. haha
Really bad glare, can't hardly see what your are doing.
I do believe with time and practice you will be a pro at this. Really good first attempt. Bless you Carol.
I will show my whole face tomorrow...lol...I am doing a Vintage Gift Bag, with attached card to match...if you are looking for a great signing book...it's called, THE JOY OF SIGNING ...I learned from it...please let me know if I can help in any other ways to get you started signing....thanks so much for your encouragement...
