Step by Step Quilling Tutorial...Plus a BONUS Shaker Element

Welcome to my Craft Room for my SECOND Watercolour Card in the 4 part series. I used the wonderful Prima Paint Tins to get this effect on the watercolour 90lb. card stock. I also show how to Quill Roses, and leaves in a quick fashion. The Shaker Card is also very unique using My Favourite Things Double Stitched Rectangle Die.
