Stampin' Up Stackable Frame Technique Card....PLUS Envelope.

Good Evening friends. I decided to create a Card with matching envelope for you this evening. I had many creative bumps in the road as I set out to make this Vintage Card for you today. Everything that could go wrong, DID....hahaha I never throw a card away, but look at it as an adventure to regroup, and make it work!!!! I decided it needed a matching envelope as well. I do hope you enjoy the process with me. I am still learning my new Final Cut Pro X 10.3 Editing Program my husband bought for me for CHRISTmas, along with a 4TB External Hard Drive. Now, I have a total of 7TB of external space, and Fiberoptic's to make my video's go out in record speed. This tutorial took 5 minutes to upload to YouTube. There was a day with regular WiFi I would wait 6-8 hours for my tutorials to go to YouTube. Not any more......hahaha I thank the Lord for His help, as I am learning to edit, good, quality video's for my terrific Subscriber's. Huge Smiles. This isn't one of those kind of
video's though. hahahahahaha I am still learning. This is the second time I used the program. teehee. I wanted to go back to iMovie today, because I am comfortable with it, but I knew it wouldn't do me any good to stay where I am comfortable. I need to step out of my comfort zone, and learn to make amazing, video edits for YOU, my friends that take the time to view them. Thanks so much for your patience with the process. Thrift Store Spinning Organizer Refurbish.....Learning the New Final Cut Pro X 10.3 Editing System

A warm welcome to my Craft Room friends. I wanted to experiment with my new editing system I received as a Christmas gift. It is the Final Cut Pro X 10.3 Version, and it is my first time using it today. I hope you will bear with me, as I am learning how to use it. hahaha  I wanted to place a video up to say hello, and let you know I am getting better. I have been recovering with pneumonia, so I haven't been up to creating the last week before Christmas. I had this on my camera, and missed my time spent with friends on YouTube, so I relaxed as I am setting out to learn this new Editing Program ......lol I pray that everyone had a wonderful Christmas with family, and you are resting up to the New Year that is approaching. A warm welcome this morning .....it is 12:12 in the a.m. as I place this here for your enjoyment. As most of you know, I seem to do my editing quite late in the evening, and into the morning. haha I want to thank each person that is subscribed to my Blog. Pneumonia has hit me hard this year, and I have gone through 4 different antibiotics to heal the different strains I had contacted. I have to rest, and take the cough syrup with the antibiotics once a day. I thought I would give you an update, as I asked for prayers for this bout of pneumonia. Gingerbread Cookies inside a Stainless Steel Oven that opens.

Welcome friends to another interactive Card. I wanted to use my 1997 Stampin' Up Christmas Set with the lovely Gingerbread image. I also wanted to make a Stainless Steel Oven Door that actually opens to reveal the Cookies on a Cookie Sheet. The Glass front is two layers of thick acetate, so the Cookie Pan can slide in-between. When the oven door opens it reveals 350 degrees of fun looking heat in the oven itself. It has matching Oven Mitts, and the Gingerbread Cookies, and Pan is an actual Tag to slide in and out revealing KJV Scripture Verse on the back of the Pan. I hope that you enjoy the process with me. New Idea for Beaded "Spider" Tutorial

Thank you for joining me for my first "Spider" Beading Tutorial. I watched a video on YouTube where a "spider" was being created with BEADS. I couldn't wait to try it for myself. I despise spider's, but the beaded ones are a cute as can bead...I mean "be".....hahaha I hope you will enjoy my try at making these little " Arachnids ".  I came up with a few different idea's that helps me arrange them differently. Invisible Shaker Card

I hope that everyone in the U.S.A. enjoyed their Thanksgiving Day today. As a Canadian, we gathered together for Thanksgiving in October. Here is a card I thought of last night when I was having a "coughing" episode at 4:00 a.m. haha  I appreciate all those that are praying for me, as I struggle with this pneumonia, coupled with Bronchitis. It is my first time in the Craft Room for days, and it sure felt great creating an "over the top" Invisible Shaker Card for you. Please enjoy!

I want to extend a warm, and thankful appreciation to all my American friends this Thanksgiving Day. We have so much to be thankful for. As a Canadian, we celebrated our Thanksgiving last month, however, I haven't gone a day without having a thankful heart for all the Lord has blessed us with. The very air we breathe is a gift from our Heavenly Father. As a Christian, I rejoice that I have a home in Heaven, and a Saviour that loves me. Beginner Level Watercoloring Frothy Waves, and Puffy Clouds

Welcome to my Blog today. I decided to do a Watercolour Painting for you. I find two things we as artist's struggle with when watercoloring at times, that is painting frothy waves, and puffy clouds. hahaha....I find watercoloring such a relaxing way to keep my Mojo in tact, yet stimulating my creativity at the same time. Before I called it an evening last night, I got out my supplies to do a quick tutorial for you this morning, in hopes of inspiring you to possibly do this in a small CARD style project. I am going to do that on a 6x6 watercolour card later in the week. smiles I hope you enjoy the process as much as I enjoyed creating it for you. How to fix a card gone wrong......

Welcome to my Blog, and this "How to fix it" card tutorial. I entered this card into the WCMD Challenge. It really was a challenge in every sense of the word. It gave me problems from the beginning. As you know I struggle with this style of card, and this tutorial proves it. haha  I just find it difficult to leave "white" card stock, simply that...."WHITE"...haha I hope this tutorial will encourage you, the next time you are having problems with a design. After our visit, I decided to go home the route where that Thrift Store had the last "FILL A BAG" for 10 bucks sale. Well, there it was for all to see, FILL A BAG FOR 10 BUCKS! My truck made a quick right turn, parked, and I was filling a bag before you could count to ten. hahahaha Here is everything I could squeeze into my plastic bag. Wow, it was such a blessing for me. World Card Making Day Challenge "Flags"

Today is the final day at Catherine Pooler's site, "Stamp Nation" where I was a Guest Designer for World Card Making Day which began Friday, and finishes up today. I made this card for the "Flag" Challenge. I already posted my Guest Design Team Canada Card, so the natural Flag for me to create as a second card was the Great USA Flag. As a Christian, and Canadian, it was an Honour to design the Flag of the United States of America. It is steeped in Christian beginnings, and represents the Freedom we all possess "One Nation Under God". I hope you are inspired by it. With Thanksgiving coming our way, I thought this would be a marvellous card to send out to family, and friends. God Bless America, and my Homeland, Canada.

Art Journal using a "Theme Based" Page, and not "Focal Point" inspired.

Good Afternoon, and a warm welcome to my craft room. I decided to demonstrate an Art Journal Page in a "Theme Based" page. Most times we choose to begin our work with a Focal Point, and wrap our thoughts around it. Vintage/Shabby Chic Canvas.....Cotton Candy Garden

Thanks so much for joining me for this instructional Canvas Tutorial, walking through an already painted 12x14 Canvas. Some of the product line is from DecoArt, which is the Champaign coloured  Paste, and the Crackle Paste I used. Most of the textures are lovely trims, ribbons, and flowers. Welcome to my Craft Room today. I decided to Draw/Watercolour this beautiful image illustrated by Beatrix Potter. I bought a Postcard book on my last Haul, and couldn't wait to draw an image from it, so I could use my Prima Watercolour Pan Sets, and my new CUTTLELOLA PEN I received in the mail yesterday. Welcome to my craft room. I began my first ever Lace Sewing Album for a Christian lady friend of mine, that came to visit us from North Carolina. I am making this for her, and when I finish it, I will send it off in the mail.  I have to admit that I was a bit intimidated beginning this project, because there are so many lace artist's on YouTube that are brilliant when it comes to using laces, trims, appliqué .....and so on. I saw these lace albums on YT, and fell in love with them. I am going to walk you through the process with me, on each page. I hope that it will inspire you to create on for yourself, or for a gift. Meat Shop Freezer Wrap, Cotton, and an Ink Jet Printer for lovely images every time.

Good Morning, and welcome to my Craft Room. Today begins my Sewing Album using my Laces, and Doilies from my Thrift Store Haul. I wanted to test out Brown Freezer Wrap to see if my Ink
Jet Printer would transfer the images on this colour freezer paper. Well, you will see, that it did, and the cotton was just perfect for the job. I hope that this tutorial will encourage you to use Meat Store Wrap, and Cotton to transfer lovely images for your next project. Have a Blessed Week.

"Embedded Ink Transfer" Script Parchment Technique

Thank you for joining me for this wonderful technique I call " Embedded Ink Transfer Script Parchment". Say that 10 times fast. hahaha I think you will love the look, and the process. I am using the Stamp of Approval "Wonderful World" Kit. It is the first chance I had to open the box since it came in the mail. Thrift Store FUN

Good Morning everyone. I had a few minutes on Saturday to stop by the Thrift Store "Fill a Bag" for $5.00 Sale on Saturday. It was fun, but I was late, so it was somewhat picked over. I did find some nice Jewelry next door, where they were having a Grab Bag Sale. I really enjoyed SALE-a-brating  that day.....haha Enjoy, and I will see you on my next project.
