FUN Shaving Foam Technique

Here is a FUN Shaving Foam Technique I'm using on the next Challenge Card. We are to incorporate "4's" into the card! Stamp Nation i CELEBRATING their 4th Anniversary....How fitting! Part 2 will be up shortly! Thanks for joining me today!
